Stop-frame TV animation series of 26 episodes based on the ‘The Upstairs Downstairs Bears’ books. Produced by Cinar (Film Fair) in association with Scottish Media Group and Egmont Imagination in 2001
My illustration work has included fairy tales, animals, Christmas cards, teddy-bears, book jackets of widely varying subject matter, many packaging designs, as well as writing and illustrating my own books.
In recent years, in between illustration commissions, I began working on a series of landscapes, inspired by the local Sussex Downs.
I have been continually delighted and inspired by the ever-changing patterns of the fields and hills, transformed not only by the passing seasons and the agricultural use of the land but day by day and hour by hour, depending on the time of day and the weather.
